Crab Stuffed Avocado

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Simple and Delightful

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (approximately 6 pieces) Pollock fish (has the Crab flavour)
  • 2 teaspoon seasoning (i.e. Wildly Delicious onion or garlic)
  • 2 squirts of lime juice
  • 3/4 cups of light mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of Wildly Delicious Bread dipper oil (I used lemon/parmesan brand)
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 6 pieces of basil (chiffonade)
  • 2 avocados (serves 4)
  • Fresh chives for topping

Directions:

  • Chop your Pollock in fairly fine pieces
  • Mix all ingredients with the (Crab) Pollock meat
  • Slice avocado in half (remove pit)
  • Stuff with mixutre and top with chopped chives

Eat with spoon, scoop out a bit of avocado with the Crab and voila, very delicious together.  The bland with the salty.

Super tasty, great appetizer.
