How easy can this recipe be, well super easy for a Spanish like Tapa.

I believe it was Christmas, where I  was given a jar of the ‘Wildly Delicious’ product ‘Onion Compote’ a caramalized onion jam and it is so delightful.

My mom, also was given a gift but she passed it onto to me as she did not know for sure how to make use of it.  I have many ideas and I won’t be wasting this little jar of goodness.

For my Spanish Party I thought I’d try this confit with my Manchego Cheese on water crackers.

So I did, and it was a winner for a quick Tapa.
